A marvellous antique Victorian bracelet made up of fancy Golden links the largest of which are decorated with three fabulous high relief forget me not flowers with curled stems, textured leaves and crowned with a Faux Turquoise which has long been a symbol of the flower.
An old German tale tells of two lovers walking by a river. After picking a bouquet of blue flowers for his love the man fell into the river and was swept away – crying out ‘Forget me not’. These beautiful flowers have been known by this name ever since, and are a powerful symbol of enduring love and remembrance.
